How do I access LOOM?
To access LOOM, you will first need an invitation. The invitation will either be sent by LOOM or by your agency administrator. You need to first “sign up” before you can “sign in”. Follow the instructions provided to create your LOOM account. Please note that the LOOM invitations are only valid for (24hrs) and you will need to create your account before your invitation expires. Once your account is created you can log in whenever it is convenient for you. If your invitation expires you will have to contact the LOOM team, support@loom.co.za and request us to re-send your invitation. Getting started with our software is easy! What payment methods do you accept?
Our preferred payment method is via Credit Card. EFT payments are also accepted. Please send proof of payment to: finance@loom.co.za
